\nA quarterfinal battle between two former league doormats.\u00a0 USC-Upstate has never finished higher than 7th in the A-Sun, and FGC (a recent D-I qualifier) has never even made this tournament.\u00a0 But, both teams had really promising seasons and may be building programs (particularly, the youthful FGC).\u00a0 Only 3 people took an upset shot with FGC (Bry, Dave, and RDoc) and none of them have them in the finals.\u00a0 As for USC-U, 6 people actually have them reaching the A-Sun title game (Gross, J, Lynch, Primm, Scoot, and Teddy).\u00a0 J and Primm have them winning the tournament.<\/p>\n
\nTwo teams that expected a lot this year and came up with mediocre seasons get to battle it out with one being eliminated and one getting to deal with #1 Belmont in tomorrow’s semifinals.\u00a0 5 people took UNF in the mild upset (Alexi, Bry, Doogan, Lynch, and RSmith), with Bry putting the most on the line, as he is the only one with the Ospreys in reaching the finals.\u00a0 Dave and J have the most at stake with ETSU, as they both have the Buccanneers in reaching the finals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
