Typically, the light-slated Day Seven (“the eye of the storm”)\u00a0that is mostly championship games is boom or bust.\u00a0 And, that was\u00a0the case again here in 2013.\u00a0 RDoc<\/strong> boomed\u00a0with a share of the Day\u00a0Seven title and\u00a0ascending the standings to the top spot in the overall.\u00a0 Stumpf<\/strong> busted, scoring just 4 points and falling to the basement.\u00a0 Sharing\u00a0the Day Seven crown with RDoc\u00a0are\u00a0Doogan<\/strong>, who\u00a0shook off a\u00a0bunch of close losses over the weekend to climb back into the Top 10, and Lazarow<\/strong>, who shook off some rookie jitters in the beginning to quietly climb the standings page over the past couple of days.\u00a0 Lynch<\/strong> made the biggest jump up the standings – gaining 6 spots to 12th.\u00a0 Teddy<\/strong> and Cheryl<\/strong> each gained 3 spots in the overall standings.<\/p>\n

Aside from the bad luck day for Stumpf, which dropped him 8 spots, Primm<\/strong> took the biggest fall, dropping from 10th to 14th.\u00a0 Alex<\/strong> also fell and is just barely hanging on to a Top 10 spot.<\/p>\n

Overall, RDoc took the top spot from Bry<\/strong>, who falls to 2nd.\u00a0 Mac<\/strong> and GrossJr<\/strong> are right there in 3rd and 4th – very much in striking distance.\u00a0 Then there is a chase pack that includes J, Alexi<\/strong>, and Lohse<\/strong> that could be dangerous.\u00a0 We are about 35% into the CTC – from a points scored perspective – so\u00a0let’s call this the under-8\u00a0TV timeout in the first half.\u00a0 Still\u00a0PLENTY<\/em>\u00a0of hoops to go with the Big Boys about to get underway…\u00a0<\/p>\n
