Nope. This guy has proven that he can’t/won’t live by the rules that exist. You can argue that the rules are dumb, but geez, the SAME infractions less than 2 years removed from sanctions. This guy is bad news.
Now, if the questions said “Will” instead of “Should”, I would answer yes. Some dumb AD will take a chance on him. See Texas Tech with Knight, see Fresno St with Tark, Colorado with Barnett. Plenty of examples of AD’s selling their souls for wins.
